"Chris, who is the owner, came out and evaluated the situation. Since we have a much older AC, we wanted to have the repairs completed instead of the larger expense of a new unit. Chris was punctual, informative about the health and condition of the unit and its working parts in his evaluation, and most of all honest and upfront about what needed to be completed. "The temperature was reaching 86 degrees F every afternoon with the air conditioner blowing full blast.  After getting up sun screens,  I called an air conditioning repair person on Angie's list rather than the original service people.  I was concerned about the paper trail from the previous owner - it looked excessive.  I was careful to pick someone from the immediate area and got John out the same day.  The only complication was the warranty on the unit took some negotiating (by John) to get the repair agreed to and covered.  I am very satisfied with ABILITY AIR CONDITIONING INC and how they performed."
