"Communication was great with this company . I was given a 2 hr window of time of when they would arrive. Bruno even called to let me know that he would be arriving closer to the end of that window which allowed me to run out to do an errand. He the arrived at the time he indicated. He was very polite and explained things clearly. He asked it I had any questions. He didn’t try to do any unnecessary work and the work was done quickly. I would definitely recommend this company."

"Chimney Chap service was excellent. The price with Angie's List promo deal was the best around. They called the next day to schedule the appointment at a convenient time. The person who performed the work, Jim, arrived around the time window they provided, with a little adjustment for the heavy rush hour traffic in the morning, and called ahead to notify of his ETA.  Jim was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work.  He provided very helpful information, described some issues with the chimney and the firebox, provided recommendations and good explanations of everything.
He took the time to do the fireplace measurements to provide the quotes for an insert, and some other related work.  They take thorough notes and pictures, document any relevant issues, and provide a follow up report with notations after the service.  The back office is very responsive and stays on top of things, even during their busiest time of the season.
Top notch company, highly organized and efficient, great service, great people doing very good work, good communication.
