"Within the last ten years we had Emerald install nine windows but I never got around to giving a review, sorry about that. But actually sometimes the best review is one that comes years after as in this case. Over time, two of the windows had a problem. One was a few years back with a hairline crack in the upper part of the window and the other was more recent, a breach in the space between the double pane. In both cases the window sections in question were replaced with no problems. We have been very happy with the windows and the installation crews as well as Juan, the guy who came out to do the service. He was very respectful of our home and made ever precaution to protect everything around the work area as well as wearing a mask to protect us. He also was able to use one of the security locks from the removed window to fix one that I broke a few years back. Incredible service! Thanks also to Todd and Eric. Highly recommended."

"When contacting Ron he as able to send someone out for an estimate the next day. He then gave me a estimate over the phone after measuring the windows for $1200. Because my mom is a senior citizen he offered her a senior citizen discount of $50. <br /> Ron then Scheduled the work two days later. The Crew arrived on time and were able to install the windows earlier than estimated.  The work crew was very professional.  They were very careful and meticulous about the plants outside the windows that they were installing.  The work was completed in the amount of time that he said it would be done.  Everything was cleaned up.  The windows are awesome. <br /> I am very happy with the quality of work that was provided. <br />"

"Keystone Glass Block Company has to be the most professional contractor I've had to deal with in the past 10 years. Had to replace 2 windows, 1 in the utility room, and the other in the downstairs bathroom. Both windows were original to the house (62 years old) and were replaced with glass block. The price was reasonable and the work done was outstanding. The workers showed-up at the appointed time, were courteous, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up after the job was completed.
