"It was pretty expensive. They did a good job. They were very responsive. They were on time. I thought their price was rather high, but they were here and I still had them go ahead and do it. It was not normal installation because it required extra work. I just watched them do it. They had the parts with them. They ended up having to call in an extra guy to get the water heater in position, but they did what they needed to do to get the job done."

"It went very well. He removed the old disposal and installed the new one. I bought the disposal on my own and had them install it. John arrived early, after calling to see if it was ok. He did it in the time the estimated. He was personable, efficient and professional. The old feed to the drain wouldn't fit and he had one in the truck that would. The charge for the feed was more than reasonable. This is the second time I have used these guys and will probably use them again if I need a plumber. I had thought about doing it myself but was concerned in case there would be a problem. In this case there was, the feed to the drain, so it was worth the $100 to have them do it."
