"After having Bobby come to check out our leaking water heater, he went over options to replace, options to upgrade and how each of those could be accomplished and at what price. We had a 50 gal electric heater and my wife and I decided to replace what we had, plus add another 50 gal tank for back up. This was accomplished knowledgably and quickly, using the existing pipes, plus adding connecting pipes to the extra heater. Expansion tanks were provided for both water heaters, which is a (relatively) new requirement. Great work, quick and professional."

"Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."
