"Replacing igniter on gas oven"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"He arrived when stated he would be here. Explained what needed done and repaired in a timely manner. Was very courteous and nice. Very pleased with the service and will call them for future repairs."

"The repairman set up an appointment quickly after I contacted Angi and.came the next day. He efficiently cleaned the burners only gas range. He was polite and professional. Thank you, Angi!"

Hello I’m Jay I have 10 years in the industry and am excited to help with your needs.

"Called the office to get an appointment and received one for the next morning. The person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Received a text with the appointment confirmation and picture of the technician. Jeremiah (the technician) was on time (actually called to see if he could arrive early) and was extremely knowledgeable about all forms of repair. Had the part available and fixed the issue (Samsung oven not heating after self cleaning) quickly. Very happy with the service. The part price mark up was a bit high, but not unreasonably so. Highly recommend this company for appliance repair and service."

"Honest family company. The problem was more than initially suspected, and the total cost to completely repair was more than we wanted to spend, so even after spending hours on it, only charged me for a service call. Answered every question I had."

"Dave was up front and honest from the initial phone call to the time spent evaluating our issue with our dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us a repair when a replacement made more sense. We would definitely use him again!"

"Fantastic service. Great work. Identified break in drain line and repaired. Left temporary line in place until service could be executed to remedy permanently. Highly recommend and would use again!"

"I was extremely pleased with the service I received from The Appliance Installer, LLC. Their representative was very prompt and accommodating on scheduling a service call and provided exceptional service."
