"I am very impressed with Eric. He is very professional and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to the proper way things should be built. I hired him because my patio roof was sagging and needed to have the 3 support poles replaced because they were rotting out. Once he got into the job he found that the way it was originally built was not providing adequate support. He recommended instead of replacing the 3 poles to add an additional pole for added support. He was able to do this for just minimum additional cost. I have several other projects that I will be getting quotes from Eric on."

"There were actually two projects - the addition of a safe room/closet to our bedroom and a partial kitchen remodel. Mike helped us determine the best area to add a safe room to our home while adding usable space. We never would have thought about adding the closet to the side of our bedroom without his help. We are doing the inside shelving, etc. ourselves, but the workmanship outside and in on the room is fantastic. Mike also builds safe rooms for school districts in OK, so I knew we would be in good hands on this one. The kitchen remodel involved removing a load-bearing wall (therefore, adding a support beam), new counter top (quartz) and glass tile backsplash installation, new faucets (kitchen sink and bar) and sinks, and the installation of a large wine refridgerator. Some new electrical work was involved, as well. Mike was great about "going with the flow" as we made some changes throughout the process. Some of this was due to the unforeseen original beam structure. Mike kept us very well-aware of costs and there were no financial surprises. Mike was very good at finding solutions to problems and kept us informed along the way. The work is absolutely beautiful and Mike is choosy about who does his subcontracting work, which we appreciated. The cabinet, countertop, and drywall crews were professional, friendly and did great work. Most important - Mike is by far the most trustworthy, pleasant contractor I have ever worked with. He does great work, but was also a true pleasure to spend three or so months with. He always kept me apprised of his schedule and let me know when he was and was not going to be at our house. I always felt safe with Mike and with his assistant, John and was able to come and go as I needed to without worrying about theft or accidents. Our dogs even love them! They NEVER left the house in a mess, always cleaning up at the end of each day. I have already recommended Hybrid to others and will continue to do so. They will be the first call when we decide to remodel our bathroom."
