"Carpet cleaning was good; furniture cleaning didn't meet my expectations, but I didn't clarify them to begin with.  I wanted the cat hair removed, but that wasn't done.  However, the operator offered another carpet cleaning in the future for free. I can't ask more than that.

I could immediately tell the difference of before and after so I was pleased.  Note: The ad implies 3 rooms/hall for $89 but that only applies to carpet.  A little misleading when it also list tile/grout cleaning but he explained to me that the tile service was higher when I visited with him on the phone.  It was my choice to continue with his service.  He measured and gave me the total before beginning and I accepted.  He worked for 3 hours on my floors, did a good job of clean up, so I still feel the price was fair.  He even had a banged up leg and worked thru the pain.  A good guy and I will use his services again.

"We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future.

"Thanna worked very well with our schedule when making the appointment. We also only have one tub in the house and it was a two day job for which Thanna worked it out so we could still use the shower at least once each day.
Our tub was a hot mess with about a 1/4 of the old glaze flaked off. She came in and made it look like new! 
She was very nice, professional,and gave good tips on keeping the tub looking like new as well as a few other tips when I asked about cleaning grout and replacing some that was missing.

This left spaces that we were not able to seal up. They came out and made them functional by eliminating any drafting or water leaking issues we had as well as trimmed the outsides so they looked like the rest of the house.
