"Joe Valdez of Windmill Heritage Contracting personalized the remodeling services I needed so that I did not have to move out, although the work was throughout the house. It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up. Joe went to what seemed like extra efforts to save costs on some things, keeping the overall budget quite reasonable. Overall, it was like working with family!"

"We hired Jacob to perform some ceiling work. We had removed
the acoustic “popcorn” ceiling, and what was left over our head was in fact
over our head to remodel. Jacob came in and finished 2 ceilings with orange
peel after doing a ton of sanding and build up to make the ceiling appear flat,
which it clearly was not when he started. The experience was similar in another
room where the ceiling was also very wavy when he started and it appears very
flat after he was done. Jacob was very busy and came in worked quickly, and
left to work on other jobs while things dried. Jacob showed up when he said he
would and was always on time. Customer service is very important to Jacob. Jacob
was the only contractor we contacted (at least 5) who would call us back. I
would recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a skilled contractor. Jacob was
