Unfortunately, their pricing was too high for me and they were not able to provide all the services required to complete my job. "IAQM up and down the line were polite, professional, responsive, thorough, did quality work, and were reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more from a contractor. We had Jack-And-Jill bathroom with a bath/toiled common area and a bathtub with a leaky drain. Water accumulation caused mold to grow under the tub and up two of the three alcove walls and into one of the side rooms. They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. Very helpful."
