They diagnosed the problem by spending like 4 hours at my place and when we could not figure out the exact cause, they did help narrow it down to being either a broken intake pipe or high water table. They also put a temporary reroute for ground water to rule out any issues with the sewer line which is the case sometimes. They replaced one of my broken sump pump too for a reasonable price."

"I had J & S Plumbing out once in November 2019 and again in December 2019 for two separate issues with leaking pipes. Excellent work, friendly service, and fast scheduling. In November, I called on a Sunday morning and they came out a few hours later to replace the plumbing under the kitchen sink. I called again on December 26 about a leaking pipe in the basement, and they again arrived within a couple of hours. Great service!"

"Scott and crew were very professional & friendly. They showed up to work a planned half day to find the bad pipe. After not locating the pipe in the location we had hoped, Scott & crew waited while my husband and helper removed cabinets so they could continue the job on past the agreed upon time, working well in to the evening to find, diagnose and replace the bad pipe. Scott offered us SEVERAL options to fix our issue (which wasn't an entirely easy fix), allowing us to decide which route we wanted to take. Every step of the way, Scott asked BEFORE doing any work. Scott provided a price range before the job began, so we had a general idea of the scope of work. At the end of the day, the work came back on the high end of the estimate, to be expected with the scope of the job and the hours he and his crew spent at our house. Scott also offered to write a Plumbers Report for our insurance in hopes some of the work could be covered, even after an initial denial. I'm not sure if he has done this yet, but it was nice of him to offer to help us recoup some of the money based on the extensive work he and his crew had to to do get our drain working again. Homeowners insurance does not cover broken or deteriorated pipes under your concrete slab if there is no visible damage ABOVE the floor. Unfortunately, the damage left behind after digging and replacing plumbing is extremely expensive, so beware if you're on a slab and have plumbing issues due to age & deterioration. We appreciate Scott's friendly professionalism, quick response to calls & ALWAYS asking before moving on to the next step, walking us through the entire process. Would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for plumbing needs. We hope to have Scott back to tackle our bathroom remodel at a later date. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. "I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.

"Dom came out to look at the sink. He let me know it would need to be rodded, but the pipe itself was very rusted and may need to be replaced. He tried he best to find a way to get the sink fixed that day without needing to replace anything. Unfortunately the sink is done. He was able to get a technician available right away for tomorrow to start the process of replacement. Very pleased with how this was handled."
