"I was in need of a good electrical company due to some interesting things going on with my home electrical and our guest apartment. E&D Electric came to give me a free estimate and in doing so they took the time to understand thoroughly the issue at hand and practically identified the issue in my main home right away. While the guest apartment was more difficult, the rough idea Mr. Gonzalo had on the issues there, was not far off. When I called to approve the quote which was fair compared to other outrageous quotes I got from other companies, they responded immediately and got me in the schedule very fast even with the holidays. While they arrive a little later than expected, once they began the work, they repaired it quickly and with high quality and safety as priority. There was a minor oversight in the panel at my main home, but it was corrected right away and for that I’m more than pleased as well. Needless to say this company has my highest recommendation."

Forrest was extremely responsive. I called and he was able to come by, I believe, the next day to an energy audit to determine why my electric bill was outrageous and the temperature varied throughout the house. Right away he determined there was virtually no insulation in the attic (easier said than done considering the dark,  3 ft crawl space filled with giant metal ducts) except what was left from the original install in 1975. I was able to schedule to have the work done in about 5 days. I'm not sure if the price was good or not but I really liked Forrest and he was available to get the work done ASAP...that made it the right price!  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, blew in the insulation, mended ducts, expelled all the critters in the attic, and replaced the broken booster fan blocking the air going to the opposite end of the house.

I also texted Forrest Friday with concerns that there was hot air coming out of the vent when the AC wasn't on, he said he could be there the next day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would, determined that coincidently, I walked under the vent right when the AC turned on and all the hot air was being pushed from the duct.  There was no issues other than my bad timing.

I will continue to use this company for everything and anything they can provide that I need in the future.

"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "Maddox Roofing did a great job all around! I was skeptical at first since I didn't see too many reviews and I have a lot of flashing that needs to be correct but after meeting with Brady multiple times and going over the exact details of the work to be performed, I decided to go with him on this large cash expense (non-insurance related reroof). He got the permits in a week or so and then had the materials delivered and the crew came only a couple of days later. They tore everything completely off, and replaced it all. I saw the bare roof and the few replaced sheets of plywood before they re-wrapped the entire roof again with their waterproofing material and re-applied shingles and flashing everywhere. It looks so good, I was so happy when I saw the new roof! The best part of Maddox however is that LESS THAN A WEEK after the new roof was installed, a wind storm tore off a few of the new shingles. I called Maddox to let him know and see if he had some spares I could have to patch, he said "No sir you have a 5 year warranty with my company and we will take care of it". Sure enough they came out and patched it up with matching shingles. Very pleased with the company and the work the men performed on this big house in only 2 days. I see detail and pride in the work and I watched selflessness as the men picked up every scrap of debris from the flower beds and shook the rain spouts to find stubborn nails that could remain behind. I would recommend Maddox Roofing to anyone in the area and I hope they are still in business when I need another roof! Proud photos of my roof are on his FB site."

"A pleasant experience from start to finish. The quoting process was a good two-way discussion, and cordial - no pushy salesman telling you how bad Company X or Y was. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The quote wasn't the best (hence the 'B' for price) but it did offer the best VALUE when we considered the equipment specification and the stability of the company - an important consideration when looking at a system with a 25 year life! The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time. Quality of workmanship was first rate and the entire installation was done with care, and tidied away before the team left. Permitting and PG&E inspection were all handled by Sherry, and that was also quick and flawless. Overall, the system they installed easily meets their projections in terms of performance, and it effectively pays for itself. I described the problem, told him the approximate age of the cabinets, and told him how I wanted to repair them in order to keep costs down.He tried it my way but warned me it probably wasn't feasible. It wasn't. We went to plan "B", i.e., trying to match the broken material. That didn't work either.I came up with the idea of replacing the broken panels with glass.Kirk followed through and kept me informed throughout. It took longer than he anticipated because the glass company was slow to cut and fit the glass.Kirk came out and installed the doors after getting off another job."
