"Great! The inspector who came for the free estimate was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He was the first of three I got. The project was the same for all estimates... the entire basement perimeter with a waterproofing system and a sump pump system. He didn't try to "sell" me MANY other unnecessary products like one of the companies. He explained what and why everything was for. He followed up a day later and I called back to schedule the work a week later after my last estimate. His was $4900, another was $5500 and one company was $8200! The crew arrived at 8:30am on a Friday morning and worked hard all day. They sent "extra guys" to finish in one day, I really liked that part. The guys worked hard and cleaned up great. I asked them about hauling away a few extra things of mine and they did. "I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."

"I'll make this short, but could write a novel. From the start he was great to work with, then once work began dates kept getting pushed and pushed. the wrong garage door was installed, I had a garage door opener installed that I didn't ask for (but am glad it's there now), the service door was the wrong swing, the apron had to be redone due to being the wrong size and it didn't have a slope to it. I heard over and over that he was just the messenger to relay the information to his sub-contractors. the project was completed one month after the 'promised' completion date. Once the project was comlete I have to say that I'm happy with the finished product, just the process was VERY frustrating. That's the short version...take it for what you will."
