"I have an older in ground pool that had recently been replastered with a new filter and pump. After all the work was done, I still kept having issues with the skimmer. The same guy came back out multiple times, but could never identify the problem and blamed everything on old pipes. So I called Trey Ivey and he assessed the situation. He took the time to explain step by step what was not working properly and gave me his recommendations. He ended up fixing everything within a couple hours and had the pool working better than ever. A couple of days later the suction cleaner was not working properly. Trey came by and found an acorn had been stuck in the pool suction cleaner. He fixed the problem free of charge and showed me how to disassemble the pool cleaner for future use. The pool has never been cleaner. Trey went above and beyond. I highly recommend him for all your pool needs."
