"Pipe leaking going into sprinkler stop/waste valve and starting to leak into house first noticed on Fri, 1/10/20. Needed someone to just dig a hole, repair, and replace soil. First bid $3300, second $1600, Salt City $750. Done by Monday night as promised. Excellent work. Good communication with Paul and crew. Don't bother calling anyone else."

"Upfront Plumbing was a great decision. Took care of my main sewer line issue, involved major excavation and they had it done in three days. Also installed a great water softener that we already love as well as a tankless water heater. Very fair prices and amazing technicians. Highly recommended."

"Our HVAC (dual zone) was over 20 years old when we moved in. When one of the ACs went out (refrigerant leak) we opted to replace rather than repair. They were able to give us a very competitive price to replace both zones at the same time. Install took about two days and they were able to have the ACs online and working before they left on day 1. Had one minor issue that they were able to come out and quickly rectify. Still waiting on the city of Sandy to come do an inspection but the work looks clean and I don’t expect any problems. They seem like the kind of group that will stand by their work hassle free but even if there was a major issue I’m sure you could go sit down with the owner and work it out. Great crew, would recommend."

"Installation went well, but we noticed the new Trane furnace was noisier and not as efficient as our old furnace. A supervisor came out and made some adjustments. The noise is still a little bit of an issue, but not nearly as much as before. Efficiency is good."

I was told that they weren't happy that the installer had not called me to say he would be away twice as long as he had said and offered me an addition year of service"
