The guys were able to dig around the roots, repair the broken pipe and reroute the line away from the tree. Very impressed by their effort. "He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

They had to jack hammer the concrete and repair the line. This was all done during business hours- The guys were very courteous, repaired the line and cleaned the area once repairs were complete. Mike went above and beyond in explaining where the problem was and what needed to be done to repair. I highly recommend this company."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"The tech was prompt, courteous, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about various systems. He drained and flushed our older-model water faster than scheduled despite having to fight with a sticky release valve. He also pointed out some valves that were installed poorly by the previous owner, and detailed the potential problems and fixes WITHOUT pushing a hard sales pitch, which was extremely refreshing and made me  far more likely to come back to this company for those repairs!
While the heater was draining, the tech had me walk him through the house and discuss any other plumbing issues we were having. He voluntarily helped tighten a leaky tub faucet, and checked a sewer line vent while we were waiting, again at no extra charge! Throughout the process he was very polite, charming and witty overall, without being pushy, hovering, or trying to up-sell or invent "immediate problems". I am very impressed with this company from this experience and definitely look forward to hiring them in the future.
