"Jorge and his crew from Sublime Water Garden gave my ponds, filter, and waterfall a long-overdue cleaning, and did a great job! They kept my koi safe, and came equipped with huge vats so they could return a portion of the old water to the pond so it wasn't all brand-new city water. They completed a huge task in a few hours that would have taken me a three-day weekend--and I'd have needed equipment like the vats that I didn't have. Great work, now my pond is beautifully clean. Pros: They know what they're doing and worked diligently to clean out my water feature. Cons: They're a little expensive, but having all the equipment needed, the knowledge, and the diligence to do a good job, they're worth it. They showed up a little late, but the office called to let me know their earlier appointment took longer than expected."

"Caleb was very quick to come and give an estimate which stayed true throughout the project.  Our doors were custom made because of size and kept me in the loop when the doors that were ordered were not acceptable.  Although we had to wait a little longer to get the right doors, it was worth it.  I was apprised of the status of the doors on order and they were installed as soon as possible.  Caleb was easy to work with, the doors look great, kept a clean area throughout the entire installation.  He even helped us get some bead board up on a kitchen wall.  We'll definitely have him install a new front door as we were very pleased with his professionalism, craftsmanship and experience. <br />"

"<p>Mark is a very easy person to work with. He photo'd the front of the house and then pasted shots of the plants into the photos and emailed them to us. We made changes and he incorporated them. When the time came for installation, his crew prepared the flower beds, removed weeds and grass and placed the still potted plants when he thought they would grow best. We made a few minor adjustments and the plants where installed and the mulch placed around them.</p> <p>Throughout it all, Mark was very easy to work with and gave us extensive information about how the shrubs will grow, when and how to maintain them and which ones will show the need to be watered. We live in North Texas and the weather changes wildly over the course of the year, so understanding proper care of these plants is important. Mark also made suggestions about how to improve the quality of our lawn.</p> <p>The changes that we made to his original design (no charge for that) resulted in lower final cost for the plants and that savings was passed on to us. We had asked about warranty for the plants, and he said he would have to charge for that, but suggested that we just take proper care of the shrubs and they would live for many years. We did not pay for the warranty.</p>"
