"Joe’s Floor Shop replaced all my flooring. Engineered hardwood in entry, DR, LR, halls. Carpet in 4 bedrooms and tile in game room, kitchen and master bath. Also refaced the fireplace. Jose answered all my questions and was very professional. The team cleaned up every day and made this big job more pleasant than I ever thought it could be. Brother’s Remodeling and Construction textured and painted my entry, DR and master bath. They also removed a dated light box from my kitchen and replaced with LED lights on a dimmer switch and fixed a crack across the kitchen ceiling. "The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"It went well. He was supposed to call me back after a certain time frame to see if the carpet needed to be cleaned again, but he never had. It's pretty much the same thing. I'm cleaning the carpet. He didn't do such a good job in my carpet."

"First off the job is done, mostly. Still have to fill in some voids in the grout but I won't let this company back in my house. Scheduling - absolutely terrible. Workers were rarely on time. After a major install issue did not coordinate a new day to show up. Just decided they would show up to the house without any precoordination. Very unprofessional. Price - reasonable. Quality - very average. The first tile install was a mess. Not level in any plane, just a mess. Randy agreed and took the first install down to redo. But then the tile wasn't available. Plumber they brought, though a "master" plumber did not have the tools required to complete the potfiller relocation. Not necessarily the plumbers fault as we were installing in a stainless steel panel over drywall. But, Roma should have provided the required tools to get the job done. Luckily I took the day off and did quite a bit of the work. Realized after he shut the wall the plumbing was not leak checked."
