"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. "CHW was a bit of a nightmare. First the person they arranged was a no show. Then when the repair person I arranged showed up and tried to submit diagnostic for approval the claim number wouldn't work. i called and spoke to 3 different people who gave three explanations and finally the 3rd person fixed the glitch. Meanwhile a repair that would have taken an hour or less, took two hours because CHW didn't provide the right information or solutions. So I paid the extra hour out of pocket that the "waiting" cost us. I could have paid $100.00 less without CHW. I am not really very happy with the company. But, stuck as I prepaid for several years..ugh!"
