"This sewer line project required a few days from camera work to excavation, replacement of pipe, installation of an additional clean-out, backfill and clean up of not only our excavation area, but consideration of our neighbor's shrub close to the work area. Chris and Ryne, the company supervisors/representatives, provided knowledgable and detailed information prior to, during and upon completion of the work. They were professional and exceptionally courteous in person, to our neighbors, and over the phone. This was especially important as one of us was out of state during the project, and the other had to leave early for another trip out of state. That meant the final inspections and details were handled by the guys for us. Excellent work, start to finish!"

"We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. NONE of them were able to accommodate our need on this shortened time frame. I got Zach's number from a contractor friend of mine and in a last ditch effort gave him a call. He then tested our water pressure and advised us to request that the seller offer concessions to cover the cost of putting in a pressure reduction valve. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and took time to insure that we understood why he was recommending these services. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

"What I thought was a simple clogged shower drain turned into much more after having Pipers Drain come out and access the problem. Patrick came out on a Sunday and found out that tree roots had clogged and damaged my pipe that took the waste water to the sewer. He explained the whole process to repair the pipe and also check the rest of my pipes with his camera. His team came out the next week to excavate part of the driveway to reach the broken pipe. The workers arrived on time, were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. Patrick returned to view the rest of the pipes and found that some of them had channel rot from tree roots which compromised the pipes. Luckily, the damaged pipes were salvageable and a liner was installed in about 25 feet of pipe. Patrick kept in constant communication with me every step of the way and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’m very happy with the repair and highly recommend Patrick and his team."

"Jerry was very enjoyable and professional in replacing a bent lead toilet connection which had leaked at the toilet. He replaced the old lead connection to the cast iron sewer pipe with modern ABS pipe and installed a flange to attach the new toilet to when the floor is completed."

"Quality electrical work can be expensive, so it's hard to judge the value you get. Bottom line, the job was expensive but professionally done. I had two lights that suddenly stopped working and had no idea what the problem was. As with other companies, Seatown did have a charge to analyze and diagnose the problem, so there was no free estimate. They also inspected the whole circuit board and checked for compliance with current electrical codes and checked another electrical glitch. Taylor determined the problem and I had him replace the faulty GFI outlet and give me an estimate of cost of replacing the main circuit box. He also installed a new light fixture that I had purchased to replace the older fixture that I had damaged in attempting my earlier repair."

"They may be good for business to business, medium to large new construction projects. High operating costs (and high margins?) means higher prices. I do not recommend for a homeowner with an existing single family residence. I needed to replace the galvanized pipe connecting my house to the street for an irrigation project. Between offering the highest bids (before an extra $10k option to install all copper), their nonsensical proposal for an invasive relocation of the line to service the water heater, and their proposal to use an excavator to tear up my yard and remove multiple shrubs and a tree just to replace my water line, I elected to use a different company. I appreciate the business like demeanor, their connections to government and utilities, and that they have the resources to pay for multi year apprenticeships"
