G&S Heating ended up billing me $280, and said that was an old outdated deal and would not honor it. Irresponsible and incredibly poor customer relations. Also, the technician they sent did not seem very knowledgeable or experienced. He said the thermostat reading issue I was having would require another service call and the possible replacement of an expensive circuit board. I ended up fixing the problem myself. I will not be using G&S Heating again."

Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."

Chuck, the owner has come out several times but without tools or to do anything! He always has a sob story as to why he can't do any work--not feeling well, employee hurt, employee stole his van/equipment etc. He stopped answering our calls and will not contact us. He just left us with a mess and the builder is not helping either. We have a house that Is valued at $700,000 that spits out water. The flow is so bad that you can't hook up an outside sprinkler to water the lawn or washing your car is like using a straw to rinse. I would not recommend this company for ANY plumbing needs. L and I also shows he has been fined in the past for using unlicensed employees for plumbing work."
