"Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others. Fillo was impressive from start to finish. Their workers were always friendly, timely and professional. Prep is just as important as painting and Fillo did not disappoint. The pressure washing crew was unbelievably thorough. Not only did they thoroughly pw the entire house, they also did both front and rear decks, but also our perimeter fence (including detailed lattice work). It all looked beautiful. The extra -- and quite unexpected -- effort was much appreciated. Fillo repaired or replaced rotten wood in several places including some that was invisible from ground level but in terrible shape. Their prep work, in other words, was excellent. Long story short, two coats of paint (actually, solid stain) later and the house looked amazing. I don't think we could have chosen a more reliable, cost-effective and professional painting company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
