"These guys are the best at what they do. I had a moisture issue under my house and little did I know half of the living room floor was rotted out from under me. I called Patriot and they came out right away and went under the house (very tight crawlspace) and found thick mold and rotted wood. They got to work setting up their equipment to start drying out the crawl space and even helped demo the floor. "It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"Tony did an amazing job on a confined mold job. I had a hot water tank that had leaked over time and caused some significant mold confined to that are down to the base board trim in my garage. He went above and beyond and was able to do the whole job himself. I had another company that came out and quoted me a price for double and they would have had it done by 3 different contractors. Tony was a one man show and did amazing work. I will hire him for other work as well. I am really happy to now know I have a professional that can do many other jobs I need done at my home.
