"Great! Robert (company owner/operator) very easy to deal with. I saw the company ad in the Angie's List monthly mailed brochure and gave him a call. He returned my call just a few minutes later, gave me a good overview of the work his company does and answered all my questions. We scheduled an estimate visit; he was able to work me in to his schedule promptly. He came to my home and reviewed the most suitable options for my situation. He didn't try selling me museum-grade-antique-protecting film; he asked me about my concerns (which were furniture and books fading, glare) and suggested a couple of alternatives. He brought samples of his products, so I was able to compare the suggestions and the different color tints (I chose a very pale gray, which you cannot really even notice). We scheduled the installation, and Mike, one of his installers, applied the film. Mike was professional, very courteous, and really meticulous about his work. You could tell he was an artisan-- he wasn't just slapping the film on; he took pride in doing his job well. And it looks great! And after only a couple of days, I can tell the difference-- it's been warm outside, which previously caused my north-and-west-facing home to become very warm inside. But, now that the tinting has been installed, my home isn't startlingly bright with glare inside my living room now and it's not turn-on-the-air-conditioner-immediatly time, either (it usually was, when the sun hit). Robert provided a lifetime warranty, so tho I won't likely be using his services again for this home, I WILL be employing his firm if I purchase another home in the area in the future.
