Javier and the crew were outstanding: very communicative throughout the project, attentive to my concerns and the integrity of the house, and very accommodating with my neighbors. "Don’t use the plumbing! Called to have Kohler toilet tank plunger repaired. Whole installation is $20. Labor is an hour at $80 so the price is $150, at most. No, they charged $450–BS! These guys are a scam. No prices and I told them to have the repair person call me before arriving. No call, no prices. And, then the repair person has the stones to tell me that everyone overcharges!! Let’s start with not using Beacon!!!"
