"I was literally overwhelmed at how great Roland was and how impeccable his work is. You just cannot find people that have pride in their work and care about 'customer satisfaction' anymore. I hate to say this, but I will be glad when I need repairs again, that is how good the projects went. I just wish there were more than 5 stars!!"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"I am very pleased with Mr. L'Heroux's services. I called him after some water damage appeared in the roof, being under pressure due to another storm coming. He came over that day, examined the roof, and took corrective action.
When I had an another water issue later on after a nasty snow/ice/rain storm, he came over free of charge to examine the roof again. I believe this may have been due to an ice dam and faulty roof contruction, which has nothing to do with this contractor. I have not seen any leaks since.
