Jasper and the crew called every morning to let me know he was on his way and Chris called to update the process in the evening. My husband works 3rd shift and he did not hear the work doing on while trying to sleep. They were very respectful and courteous. The crawlspace looks brand new. "I was referred to American Water Damage by a plumber with another company who came to my home to service a major water leak. American Water Damage has just begun the process, but so far I have been having a pleasant experience. The office personnel was very friendly and went above and beyond to schedule my appointment that same day. Jeff, project manager, came out a couple of hours later for the free consultation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and showed great concern for my issue. A day later, Walter, remediation technician, came to assess the damage and met with my insurance adjuster. I was very impressed with both of their knowledge, concern and thoroughness. Walter assured me that his team could start the mitigation process the next day, and he was a man of his word. His fantastic team, Malik, Anavie and Joey, arrived at my home early that next morning. The minute they entered my home, they went to work. Malik, the lead, assessed the situation, explained to me what the team was going to do, and instructed Anavie and Joey where to start. They worked diligently for hours only taking a few minutes for lunch. All of them were friendly, professional, thorough and hard working. From what I can tell, they did excellent work in demolishing and treating the disaster area. They also cleaned up the area to perfection. We are only on phase one of my process, and I am extremely satisfied thus far, especially with water mitigation. My fingers are crossed that the repair process will go as smoothly. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"iAfter Disaster spent 7-8 hours inspecting bathroom tiles, carpeting, and ceilings in our kitchen, garage, and upstairs bedrooms.  They removed wet insulation, carpet padding, and installed dehumidifiers and blowers in openings they created in several ceilings on the first floor.  They did a great job covering appliances, furniture and other living spaces to minimize the dust and debris from their work, and David did a great job explaining to us each step in the process.  They came every day for the next week to measure moisture before they finally removed all the drying equipment.  Their quick response and ability to take care of the water damage before it got worse and ruined more wood and carpeting, as well as bringing in electricians to check  lighting fixtures and the garage door opener that had shorted out due to the flood,  saved us a lot of money. <br />"

"This is my second wonderful experience with CRC. Each time, I've had Sean Baker as my project manager and James as my repair technician. They are both great to work with. James is punctual, friendly, and does top quality work. He was busy doing my drywall when I asked him how I could patch a weird hole in my exterior window trim (totally unrelated to what he was being paid to do). He showed me how and even left some extra supplies with me. That kind of above and beyond service is typical for CRC. Each time I've used CRC, it has been for a small job but I still get treated as if I am a high-paying client with a big job. Sean always follows up to make sure I am satisfied with the work. After all is said and done, they make payment seem like the farthest thing from their minds. Both times I've had to hunt them down just to pay them, haha. But it really does make you feel like they are your friends just trying to help you get back to your normal life. The prices are great too.
