Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking person was prompt and knowledgeable. The service guys were professional and highly competent. They cleaned a very dirty, long and twisty duct expertly and thoroughly, as well as the interior ducts in the dryer. They suggested a replacement of a section of ducting that was crushed and in bad repair, they didnâ t push the point but suggested it for next time, but I asked them to do it then, which they did and the extra charge was very reasonable."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

He confirmed for 8:30 the next morning, called me 20 minutes before Dan showed up and did a terrific job. My wife was home with him and said he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. "It's so rare to work with such an incredible vendor that I almost forgot what great service looks like. Mark and Nazar were thorough, efficient, speedy, and even flexible with my wife's work from home meeting schedule to do different units in an order that would accommodate us the best. They were respectful, tidy, clean, and paid attention to even the smallest details - like not only wearing shoe covers, but taking the shoe covers off in the hallway when they would move between apartments and then putting them back on when they came into a new apartment. They clearly explained the different price points for the services they offered, in a way that helped us make a decision without feeling like we are being up sold. And for a couple of the items they were servicing, they explained to me how I could maintain it myself and replace certain parts, myself cheaply without needing them to be there so that they could make the most of the times that we will have them back.
