"On August 1, 2024, I entered into a formal Construction Agreement with VOLCA LLC (License CRC 1333518), represented by sales person, for a significant interior renovation project. The agreement was a fixed-price contract, with a total Contract Price of $78,814.56, clearly defined in Section 3 of the Agreement. This price was based on VOLCA LLC's Estimate #199, dated August 1, 2024, which detailed the scope of work, including Builder's responsibility for labor and most materials (e.g., paint, drywall materials, etc., except specific tile noted)."

"As an association board member, I was looking for a licensed and insured handyman, who would be available when we needed repairs for our 4 floor, 30-unit building. They needed to be responsible and experienced in a multitude of jobs. I also needed someone who would also be available for a unit owner if needed.
