I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. The shower pan had been leaking and therefore the needed to be replaced. He was able to save us a lot of time and money by efficiently removing the bottom portion of shower and replacing the shower pan and then replacing all the necessary tiles.
