"It went well. There were some issues in the beginning that needed to be corrected and they did so without any issues at all and since then we have had some of the boards have worked which is not the responsibility of the fence company that is because of how it was pressured, treated and stored, you know there is no way to tell them to put it up, but they have come back and looked and they are going to replace the boards, so they are standing behind their work and that is a good thing. We would use them again and we have recommended them also.

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!

"Wood prices are very high right now. I knew that going into this project. Two years ago we could have gotten twice the deck."

"They put a roof on and the installation looks great. However, the shingles were supposed to be stain-resistant. I paid for an upgrade for that. In August or September, I noticed some algae or some stain growing on the roof. They sent an employee out in October to discuss a remediation plan. I'm concerned about the reliability of the product because that wasn't supposed to happen. I have sent a few emails in regards to this situation but I haven't heard back from them."

"Very easy to deal with and if I wanted somthing changed he did it!!! I would definitely recommend Midwest Dynamic Renovation's to enyone tht wants a fence done he said he does privacy fences and decks also!!!"
