"This project went very well. When our old shower was removed, the contractor discovered not only a hidden old stairway, but a leak from the floor above. Accessing it to repair was difficult, but it and a second leak were remedied and a disaster averted. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
I would not hesitate, for a second, having Graham Restoration LLC back at our home to perform any work I did not want or feel capable of doing myself.  Theses folks are a class act!

He showed up on time and did climbed up on a ladder to inspect the gutter.  He showed me pictures on his cell phone of problem areas with the gutter and roof.  He fixed some minor items.  Later, I hired the same company to replace all the gutters.

The gutters look much better and are not falling down anymore.  It was a home improvement that had to be done. USA Gutter Pros provided good service at a reasonable price.
