"We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. I would highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen because of their ethics in every regard. Their goal is to make your remodeling job as easy for you as possible while providing you with a quality product that you will love."

"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "This project went very well. When our old shower was removed, the contractor discovered not only a hidden old stairway, but a leak from the floor above. Accessing it to repair was difficult, but it and a second leak were remedied and a disaster averted. Installation of the new shower was demanding, as like all old houses, ours has its quirks and odd measurements and angles. The remodeling---a new shower, removal of an old tub and installation of new cabinetry---was excellent. MJL's Mike Laudicina and every one of his helpers did meticulous work. And all were a pleasure to do business with. We would hire MJL again, and readily recommend them."

"I sincerely did not have a problem with the professional service per se, the technician was professional prompt on time, and knew what he was doing. On Dec 9, 2020, it took him about 30 minutes to figure out the problem and found the unit is still under warranty. He ordered the part and told me once the part is received, I will be contacted to schedule replacement. I called the office they did not call me. They were quick in responding and replaced the part on Dec 19. Cost is my main issue. They wanted $119.95 for diagnosis fees which WILL NOT be considered a part of the final repair fees. I believe it’s not a good business not to tell the client beforehand how much you will charge as service fees, they did not. Only after they diagnosed it. After a discussion with the technician, he talked to the office and the service fee was forfeited. The part replacement cost was $403! It took less than 30 minutes, 25 to be exact, to replace. Not sure how the rate of this charge is justified. I was told about the $403 charge right after the first visit but did not have a choice at that point. With all due respect, I understand, as explained to me, they have more overhead budget more than mom and pop shops. I still believe this total repair should not have been more than $250 at the most."

"It turned out fine. I would use this contractor again.This one in particular I was worried that my garage door was I don't know how to fix what seemed very squeaky and like maybe some bolts and I was worried that the spring might be about to break. Basically, the guy felt guilty because there's nothing wrong with it, it was just missing a size and bolt. But, he gave it a check up that it needed and the part that fault, he threw in and that was it. So, I will get an annual check-up with him and go from there. The guy is local. He is courteous. He was well-mannered, decently dressed. He made me feel very comfortable being alone in a single family home. I feel comfortable with people being preselected or verified through Angie's List."
