I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss. Good quality work putting the pump in and dealing with some challenges of an older house."

"Joe, came to my home to because I had no water. We had agreed upon 8:00 am he text and said he would be there by 7:30. When he arrived I showed him the garage where the house equipment was located. The first thing he noticed was that the water tank switch was installed incorrectly (the switch has been there for 27 years) I had the home built. Then he notice something not up to code. Showed him the well pump and he assess the pump. Joe then tells me my pump failed and would need to be replaced. The price would be 3,500 for the pump and 800.00 to replace the electrical components inside the well. I kindly paid him the $60.00 service fee and said good bye. The next company came at 10:00 am and replaced my pump in about 40 minutes and saved me over $2,000.00! This company stated my wiring was good and everything was fine inside the garage. "Pat Farrell and his crew came through for us once again. (They did a new full basement bathroom previously.) This time we had a hole in the copper pipe leading to the sewage line which led to replacing the deteriating cast iron line from the house to the septic tank, which led to the deteriating line from the septic tank to the distribution box (D-box), which led to the replacement of the crumbling D-box. Our house was built in 1963 and we assume the septic system is original to the house. Although, the work required 3 days to complete, with a weekend in between) they saw to it we could use the bathroom overnights, so we were inconvenienced very little. Pat and his crew worked very hard and professionally. They do very neat skilled work. They left our property cleaned up and re-seeded. And best of all the cost was very reasonable for such a big job.
