"Professional. Replacement of water heater was delivered and installed same day."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Excellent service and very fast response. Got my heat running again. They showed me all the inner workings. They allowed me to make the decision to replace the system without any pressure or being strong armed. The project is scheduled already. I had another company earlier this year and felt I had been taken. This company is professional and best of all, honest! Thank you John and Austin!"

"They replaced the hot water heater the same day we called. Excellent service but pricey. $2000. Only reason for not giving 5 stars all around."

"Great! Our water heater burst last night, and we needed to find someone that would be responsive and not too expensive. After numerous phone calls Plumbing Innovation was the only professional plumber that understood our need to get a water heater as soon as possible and guaranteed that we would have hot water today. They were professional and as promised we have hot water. We will use them again and highly recommend them to others."

"Office personnel were very accommodating, even registered unit warranty. Installers were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They installed a window unit since it was so hot and the new HVAC had to be ordered. Would I use them again? You bet."

"Excellent! They repaired the spigot. They also did general look around at other plumbing to make sure no issues.?They were able to come out right away so that the rental property was ready for new tenants. Everything went fine. The work looks great and now we can actually turn water on and off. Will use them gain for my plumbing issues at the property."

"Kurt from American Home Services gave us a free estimate on mold remediation -- we have a small water spot that may have mold under it in our pantry from a leaky jug of water. He was extremely professional and helpful. He came to do the estimate within 2 days of my call, and was very honest and up front about the extent of the damage. He did not think we needed to do anything about it unless we really wanted to since it was so minor. He gave us some suggestions for how we could clean the spot ourselves to potentially get rid of any mold that might have been there, but he said that even if there was mold, it was very minimal. This shows his honestly because he could have easily told us that it was worse than it was just to make money off of us. I would definitely recommend American Home Services to anyone who wants honest opinions on a mold situation. Thank you!
