He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I have used these guys before and they are great.  I had replaced the granite in my kitchen and put in a new stovetop.  I needed electrical work performed for the new stovetop and ElectraMedics were able to come to my house within a an hour; same day service when I really needed it.  It does not get much better than that.  They performed the electrical installation work and secured the flexible tubing and cleaned up any waste.  These guys get high marks and they are very reasonable.

"G Force Plumbing did excellent in replacing my garbage disposal, especially on such short notice. The staff in the were very helpful each I called and had questions. On the day the work was schedule, Tim from G Force called to asked to ask it'd be alright him to arrive early. I appreciated both his courtesy and professional. In addition to doing the work well and quickly (around an hour or so to swap out the disposal,) Tim also gave me a compliment inspection on my home's plumbing. He recommend some changes I could do myself, and gave me estimates for changes for which I'd hire a plumbing service again - and there was never any pressure on me to schedule additional work with G Force."

"I called Thurs. or Fri. to make an appointment.  I asked the technician to fix our oven on Monday at 4:00 pm.  I waited until 5 when I had to leave for a little while.  The technician texted that he was running late, and he showed up around 7 pm.  It took him just a few minutes to figure out what was wrong with the oven, and then he fixed it in about 20 minutes.  He's very nice.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
