We had no idea where our tank was located (it was not anywhere near where we were told it was when we bought the house) so it took longer to find it than anticipated. So they had to call in the heavy equipment and came back within a couple of hours. By end of day it had been located and septic was pumped and all holes (there were several) were covered and yard was left in as good shape as possible. It was a job that I had been dreading and had put off until I couldn't put it off any longer. Friendly service and a great company. I will certainly use them again and recommend them without hesitation."
