"I recently had a bathroom exhaust fan installed through Mr. Handyman, and as a returning customer, I expected the same level of service I?d received in the past. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing The job was to install a new exhaust fan I had already purchased and run the ducting to the outside of the house so it would no longer vent into the attic. The electrician spent 2.5 hours installing the fan and told me the only remaining step was to purchase a dryer vent duct to connect the fan to the exhaust port he said he had already cut. After being charged approximately $600, I went into the attic to measure how much ducting I needed?only to discover that no exhaust port had been cut at all. When I contacted customer service, I was told it would cost an additional $250 to cut the hole, despite the electrician stating that this work had already been completed and included in the original charge. They are going to comment on this and try to boost themselves, but let the photos speak for themselves. The bottom line is that they contracted in writing to spray the deck floor for uniformity! Nothing but a 3 inch hand brush was used! No sprayer, no roller, no pad, etc. Didn't show up until after noon on any of the days they were scheduled to be here. We spent over 2 months on a waiting list. When it was finally time for our job, they couldn't have more than 1 person at a time working due to having too many jobs running consecutive! They are rude, argumentative, and incapable of accepting accountability for their mistakes! After weeks of fighting, they finally agreed to deduct 500.00 from the 2200.00 we were billed for! We agreed simply because these incompetent people couldn't be tolerated any further! You'll know by the pics that this job wasn't professional"
