"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. "Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"
