"I cannot praise this company enough. The cost was a little higher than I anticipated, but I think it was well worth it. We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. Matthew from JD Precision came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it happening in the future. He then looked at a couple of other issues for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily "taken us for a ride" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"

"Luis initially came to fix a leak in the main bathroom. I had him look in the attic and he noticed that the vent on the hot water heater wasn’t correct. He spent all day fixing the plumbing and installing a new hot water heater, vent and roofing!8"

"They arrived, saw the issue, and offered several repair options, with costs, and advantages/disadvantages with each, and the costs for the repairs to my try at repairing the plumbing. Definitely my plumber from now on and definitely recommend him."

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. One of the highest numbers of complaints to consumer protection agency is for home improvement and service companies.. Plumbing license: MPL 37466. A/C license: TACLB 53102E. "Emanuel was great professional. Very mindful of the house and his equipment. They installed a tankless water heater replacing my 2, 40 gal. tank water heaters in my attic. Pricing was reasonable, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. They did it in a very acceptable time. Explained and answered all my questions with no problems. Left every thing clean! I would definitely hire them again for my next plumbing job."

"Ramiro replaced the water heater and installed a pot filler faucet. He gave us a reasonable price and didnâ t add any extras. He installed safeties that the previous installation didnâ t have. He and his helper were very professional, and they cleaned up the work areas. We will be calling him about every 18 months to service the unit."

"The plumber did a excellent job installing the tankless gas water heater."

"Michael from Heaton Plumbing did an excellent job in finding and fixing a gas pipe leak inside the house. Just wish he had tried to isolate the leak as being in the house or in the pipe coming into the house from the meter. Ended up just replacing the main pipe to the house first. Then found the problem was inside the house."

"Professionalism was shown from the initial visit to the very end of the project. We found it comforting that during the initial assessment visit, the supervisor John came to introduce himself, Uli and Jr. This team of very nice young men were efficient, professional, knowledgeable of their work and was very respectful to my family and my home. Uli and Jr unclogged a very slow shower drain, installed a toilet and totally replaced my very old kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet. They even, took the time to install the soap dispenser accessory even though they had finished the job and were ready to pack up and leave (totally due to my miscommunication)! I must say, they did a great job and left the work areas clean, hauling away the old items for disposal. everything is beautiful and working as expected! We could not have chosen a better company to take care of us and now, they will be our go to company! I must also give a shout out to the receptionist, I believe whose name was Courtney or Constance (forgive me if I got the name wrong). She was a gem to speak with and listened to my needs. Her voice had a soothing quality and there was a confidence in her tone that left me feeling at ease about this group coming into our home. And by the way, as we all learn to live in the world of COVID19, Supervisor John, Uli and Jr, all presented wearing mask and glovesð . My husband and I simply can't say enough good about this crew. Price wise, was it reasonable, if you value quality and getting the work done correctly the first time around...absolutely yes and yes the C-F clan is truly impressed! Give Pioneer Plumbing a try, I do not think you will regret it!!!I"
