"They were recommended by the people who built my home. It was contracted through my builder. I do not think I paid out of my pocket. The guy was very attentive. I am about to call him because I have a problem with one of the lights and he does not respond quickly when I do call him but he does usually respond. So far, it has been a warranty item but the first time I called him, one of the lights was out completely. He came and looked at it and I saw what he was doing. He claimed that it was not warranty work and I asked him why and he kind of hemmed and hawed and tried to charge me one hundred dollars. That was not acceptable so we negotiated down to eighty-five. I did not owe him that but that is neither here or there. The guy is a good guy. He is just big into sales. Whenever he comes out here, he wants to sell me something. At the end of the run on these lights, it still has one power source. At the end of the run, the lights started to give way and it turned out that the voltage was not sufficient at the end of the run. He elected to put in two LED lights at the end of it so as not to use incandescent lights; therefore less voltage so that solved the problem. Out of his own pocket, he did a slight upgrade himself."

"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! "I can't say enough good things about Live Electric. Anthony spent a lot of time with me in the planning stages (that he was not paid for) which was really important. He gave good advice on the number and placement of recessed lights and switches-- I was having a hard time visualizing the lighting in the finished space. He gave advice not based on his profit, but what he thought I really needed or didn't need. He did the same with the bathroom lighting and stereo surround wiring and placement. In fact, if not for his advice, I would have spent more money overall for unnecessary lighting, wiring and speakers. He was very patient during this process and came over several times prior to doing the work. I am completely satisfied with all the lighting, electrical, tv and stereo and have no regrets as a result. Live electric also used the best quality equipment and lighting during construction. I double checked their recommendations and materials used and found that they were of superior quality and highly recommended by other professionals.
