"Great! We had windows and door installed few weeks prior. However, when we went to use our screen door the other day, we noticed it was jammed and hard to move when we tried it. We weren't sure if our dog or child caused that, however, and we called them to come check it out. Josh came over and fixed it great. Turns out, some tension screw things at the top of the screen door were not originally set correctly (but the bottom ones were), and it is something that is easy for even experienced install techs to overlook.
