"This is a review for a big project we hired Doug and Tony for: Kitchen, Powder and Laundry Room renovation The duo did an excellent quality job. They are not in for a quick fix type of a job. Doug and Tony kept us insisting doing the right thing for our home - which meant more expenditure, but a far longer term value in return on investment. The entire project was done on a tight timeline so we had to make decisions based on what was available at the moment. But they made sure we had transparent access to their network of materials suppliers and even got us discounts rather than sticking to the big box stores. We are particularly impressed with the outcome of the kitchen-family room renovation. They made the space ultra functional and contemporary. All of our guests have been super impressed with the section of the house. They will be my first choice for doing any kind of work at home. Hope to see them grow in near future. They are truly deserving."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Amado and his team of very capable and highly skilled folks did an awesome job transforming my backyard into a living area that we look forward to each day. We did an interior and exterior remodel of our home and our experience was quite a contrast. While we had terrible experience with our interior contractor (PM me if you need more about it) and i was quite skeptical about engaging any other contractors, Amado came across as pleasant - always transparent with the recommendations on design and the pricing and more importantly a stickler to the commitment on the quality of the workmanship and the deadlines.
