"The experience of having a roof installed on a home that is attached to a neighbor has all the pitfalls that could negatively affect your relationship with your neighbor. As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. "The company came out originally and did a concrete pad for our company to wash down equipment and trucks. They did an amazing job! The pad has held up even with several commercial vehicles driving on it daily! Then they came out and excavated our entire parking lot and got our water to drain correctly to the drains. Have had several other companies come out to do the same thing and lasts about a month and they could never get the water to drain correctly!! Great honest company and would use again! The guy who excavated I believe was the owners son. His name was Mike and he was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. A+++++"

"Patrick Quinn and his team did a fantastic job completing the pointing on our house. He was very respectful of the historic character of our home and knew what he was talking about. After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). Pretty much on time and on budget, told us right away when things weren't quite according to plan. We have a 110+ year old behemoth of a house - NOTHING ever goes according to plan we're used to it. "This is the second time we've hired John. He's responsive, punctual and very easy to work with. He cleans the work area daily and his work is impeccable. Before installation of the brick, he had to remove a Corian backsplash. This was his first brick backsplash and we couldn't be happier. In terms of cost, I couldn't tell you if he's high, low or average because he's' the only person I called. Also, the first time we hired him, about 4 years ago, he installed a porcelain tile floor which garners compliments all the time."
