"They replaced the entire roof in one day! And cleaned up well."

"Services were wonderful; they fixed our problem; answered all our questions in great detail and were very helpful about what would be required to replace the roof when we decided to do so in the future. They were prompt in arriving and checked to make sure all vents were properly sealed, not just the current ones causing problems. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their roof."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"David and Cindy performed work on our home multiple times during the process of preparing it for sale.  They took the time to go over the entire pre-inspection report with us, separated out some of the smaller items we could do ourselves, explained the work they would do, and made recommendations where necessary.  They were very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with in scheduling and accomplishing a variety of miscellaneous repairs that needed to be done within the necessary timeframe that required multiple visits.  We were extremely happy with the results and were able to sell our home within just a few days of placing it on the market, thanks to much of the work completed by The Golden Rule!

"Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service. Very fair price, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain all work, quick to follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the work was done correctly in all respects."

"Arrived early. Got the repair done quickly. Did a great job.

"Mr. Holmes made an extra effort to squeeze in to his very busy schedule my mother's roof problem.  He went the extra mile coming over after he finished his already long work day.  He climbed on the roof, identified two probably issues and told my mom he would return the next day, again after working a long day elsewhere, and fix the roof leak.  As good as his word, Mr. Holmes came back the next early evening, patched a roof and secured some flashing.  Water leak disappeared.

"The work is beautiful. Joe is professional and responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him."

"The job went smooth and they were done in 2 days,  with absolutely no issues or imperfections. The shingles and the workmanship is backed by their lifetime warranty. Their price was very fair  and competitive. I met the crew and they were very professional and attended to all of my little added requirements. I will tell you, that I am very picky and found this company to be very precise about the work they do. They advertised Quality materials and workmanship and they meant it. My roof looks awesome, and I am recommending Radically Renewed to anyone that needs roof repair or replacement."

"Repaired flashing on stone fireplace and one other chimney. Repaired flashing on another part of roof. It was a little expensive, but if the job holds up and my living room is dry then fine."
