"Fast & honest. My 30 yr old dishwasher was rusted out. He advised me that it was beyond repair as the entire mechanism was rusted out, did not try to sell me anything (it is 30 yrs old), turned off water to stop it from leaking again."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Excellent service! The work was done quickly and professionally, and the quality is outstanding. He was friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with. Everything was fixed perfectly and works great now. I?m extremely happy with the result and highly recommend him. Thank you so much!"

"I spoke to a number of appliance repair companies and decided to use White Crow to repair my refrigerator. They were superb. Technician was on time, wearing a mask, and proceeded to identify and repair the issue. Efficient, friendly service, great price, great service. Recommended to my neighbours and they were greatful."

"Ertan is really good at what he does, and for a fair price. Before starting, we walked through my home to show current locations of switches and outlets, and where we wanted to relocate them. My home was built in 1907, and some of the switches were in odd places, one was within reach of my 21-month-old son. Ertan followed all of our wishes, and made good suggestions. He was also very reasonable, even when he realized that working on our house would be difficult. We do not have drywall in many of our rooms, but plaster covering redwood planks. He found that cutting a hole in the wall to access the wires would take a long time, but he did not change his estimate and continued to perform the work. He also patched holes when he finished, which was a great help."

"Very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Tech name was Joe very professional , friendly . Fix the issue in no time and cleaned up after the job was done. The price was reasonable. I will definitely do business with JF appliance repair and refer this company very satisfied."

"The Harrison brothers are great. First they installed the venting in the attic and then once the new kitchen cabinets were in place, they installed the new over stove fan. The only reason I gave a "B" on responsiveness is that there was one time when I had to call twice before getting a call back. The "B" on quality is because the taping where the pipe meets the cabinet could have been neater, but in reality it's in an upper cabinet so you don't even see it. The communication, scheduling and work went smoothly and we are satisfied.

"They were lifesavers. A lot of companies I called wouldn't even look at the fridge because it was a sealed system problem. They correctly diagnosed the problem in less than an hour -- a bent six inch piece of copper tubing that kept the system from circulating properly -- and were able to fix it on the spot. Seemed very thorough in both diagnostics and verification of the problem. Cost me $380 (reimbursed) which was less than half the cost of the attempted repair made by the first company. Only thing that keeps them from an A rating is the contractors didn't speak English well enough to communicate clearly with me. The guy was literally using Google translate on his phone and to tell me how much the repair would cost, he typed 380 into calculator and showed me the number."

"Excellent!!! Christopher Rubio was very responsive and kept me abreast of time of arrival throughout the day. He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. He was very punctual and ended up waiting for me to arrive since I was delayed in traffic. Install went very well. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall. He wanted to ensure that the bars installed were safe for my mom as if he were installing them for his mom or grandmother. He left the area clean and performed the job well. He made an elderly woman (my mom) very happy and I have piece of mind that my mom is safe having grab bars in her shower area. Thanks Christopher! I highly recommend Christopher to anyone whom is seeking a handyman. (He does painting, plumbing, electrical, TV Mounting, baby proofing and misc repairs as well)."

"the job ran over by 1 week, likely due to additional plumbing work required.
Bathroom turned out good, all the items were installed very well with no issue, flooring looks very good.
Kitchen did not turn out so well, the floors were uneven and there were gaps between baseboard and the tile.  Dishwasher was not installed property the first time so it leaked.
Overall, it was a mixed bag.  Bathroom is still very good 6 months after the job, the tile in the kitchen is uneven but it could be due to the leveling from the old house, but I wish he could have told me before he layed it."
