"My AC failed and I had limited time to find a good solution, I made a phone call to Relax HVAC based on the online reviews and it was a great decision. Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"Weather masters corporation installed a central AC unit, a complete HVAC system. The company is by far the best in the Washington metropolitan area. One of their customer relation person known as Adam Shapiro first came and assess the project and then brought two of his team members who are very experienced about Airconditioner installation. The two gentlemen were very professional , punctual and very fast. How they were able to fit in the Air handler into a narrow cubicle space surprised me. Also, their price is more reasonable compared to others. This is a company that gives you the reassurance that they will always be there if there is any problem which I am very confident there will not be any issues. I am so glad I made the decision to have them install my AC, HVAC is not the kind of project you will ask any kind of engineer or technician to install. I will recommend weather masters to anyone who needs AC installation."

"They came and inspected the sump pump. They recommended for it to be replaced. I was okay with it so they replaced it. They completed within half an hour. We then discussed the bill. They agreed to take off $50 because they have an Angie's List coupon that offers $50 off. There was also a coupon for $250 off a system installation for Angie's List members. I told them of this and they said it would only apply for HVAC units and I said to them that they are more than HVAC company, they provide more services than HVAC. They did not specify that its only for HVAC. The technician agreed and said that they're going to have to change that within our website. This was extremely misleading and felt like a bait and switch."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
