"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

"The whole house could hear the vibration when our two year old Tran xv20i heat pump was at 67% work load. It seems the issue started from day one it was installed. Tried to reach out the installer but they went under. In June, I called McCrea. Mark Dzbynski came over, carefully checked everything and then concluded that refrigerant was not charged to the correct capacity. He explained that our system line is longer than usually and additional refrigerant is needed to compensate the length. He carefully calculated and addded the correct amount based on the temperate & length. From June and Oct, the vigration never came back. No one can tell when the system is on because it works so quietly. I really appraicate the work done by Mark and his work ethinics. Very pleased!"

"Josh and his crew were professional, on time and explained the install throughly. Josh installed a wall charger for my electric vehicle, disconnect shut off switch in the garage, ran cabling from a new 60amp circuit, additional receptacles in the garage I asked for, whole house surge protector, and more. It was a big job! The best part is my kids were still able to distance learn in the bedrooms without interruption of power while install occurred. Josh answered questions I had even after the job was complete over his personal cell phone when I followed up with a call. This makes for great customer service! "Just had an emergency visit to replace capacitor in one of my two HVAC units. Was able to schedule my favorite tech Kevin through the excellent front desk staff. Called in early morning and same day repair work - and Kevin fixed the problem even though the house electricity suddenly cut off halfway through the visit due to the remnants of Hurricane Debby coming through. Our family been with Holtzople since 2008 with the installation and maintenance of two TRANE heat pump units. We have always been extremely happy with Holtzople. Their expertise and knowledge of HVAC operations is superb. But most importantly, from the HVAC techs and Kevin to the front office staff, the people at Holtzople are kind, helpful and genuinely interested in taking care of us. This shows in our semiannual service plan visits as well as the rare emergency needs that pop up like the situation discussed above. And we have been very happy with our TRANE HVAC units. We will have Holtzople as our HVAC company forever. We highly recommend them to all our local friends and neighbors in central Maryland. Simply a great company with great people. 👍"

"Weather masters corporation installed a central AC unit, a complete HVAC system. The company is by far the best in the Washington metropolitan area. One of their customer relation person known as Adam Shapiro first came and assess the project and then brought two of his team members who are very experienced about Airconditioner installation. The two gentlemen were very professional , punctual and very fast. How they were able to fit in the Air handler into a narrow cubicle space surprised me. Also, their price is more reasonable compared to others. This is a company that gives you the reassurance that they will always be there if there is any problem which I am very confident there will not be any issues. I am so glad I made the decision to have them install my AC, HVAC is not the kind of project you will ask any kind of engineer or technician to install. I will recommend weather masters to anyone who needs AC installation."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
