They fixed an armoire door (antique French, so no hinges) when no one else was able to do so, and restored its veneer and cleaned the glass on the doors which had 200 years of mineral deposits. Next, they reupholstered a barrel chair, doing a beautiful job; it looks better than when I first bought it. Wilson has over 40 years of restoration experience with the Catholic Church in Italy and Ecuador, and it shows. "This is the third time we have worked with Rene and Renaissance Restoration. Rene and his guys are a pleasure to work with, and they do high quality work. Work performed included: Repairing and painting walls in kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry room Replacing track lighting with pendant lights with dimmer Power washing and painting large front porch floor and steps Replacing and painting a casement basement door. "Paul and his team are wonderful to work with. Paul and team remodeled our master bath shower and built a custom shower that is absolutely beautiful. He also replaced all of our floor tile and replaced our toilet and faucets. He met with us several times before demolition to help discuss our options and was very timely delivering the contract. Paul is very responsive and easy to work with and definitely puts the needs of his clients first. Prior to demolition on our master bathroom we had an emergency with mold in our kids' bathroom. Paul and team came out immediately to fix the issue and replace our kids' shower tile and wall. He and his team worked cleanly and diligently to get the job done. "Once again, AMS Home Remodeling, Frank, was able to clean up my mess.  After ordering a closet organizer unit online. I made the mistake of hiring another company to install the units - 3 total (2 reach in and 1 master).  This original company did not know what they were doing and caused me nothing but more problems (i.e. holes in walls, damaged pieces from closet unit that needed to be replaced, etc).  Frank was able to make time in his all ready busy schedule to come out to take a look at the mess.  He was able to get me into the schedule and complete the install and all repairs from previous contractors by the end of the week.  Frank and his crew (Bruno plus 1) did more than an outstanding job.  Final product is amazing.  I have used AMS Home Remodeling for a complete makeover in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest dependable contractor.  I absolutely LOVE these guys.

I had the two side windows done a few years ago the quality was ok but now comparing the workmanship to Sunshines its not even close. Everything Sunshine did was top quality. Finish and details are excellent, calking and overall trim finish is nearly perfect."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.
