"Everything went very smoothly. Sam, the plumber, and is highly professional and knowledgeable. He replaced 3 faucets, 2 sink plugs, two valves, and two supply lines. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."

I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "We love our kitchen! Home Break Through did a wonderful job. The job ended up being a much bigger job than expected and Both Fransisco and Honika were beyond helpful with helping us understand what needed to be done to make the space as secure as possible. The end result is absolutely gorgeous. The one problem I have is with the wood floor installation. They dont feel quite as good to walk on as the new wood floors (installed by a flooring company) in the other room. And there was some attention to detail that was lacking when installing the wood flooring, in my opinion. There are some gaps and bowing of the floors. Also, they did not match it up well enough with the adjoining room and there is a weird gap there now. This bothers me quite a bit and as a result I would not hire them for wood floor installation again. Make sure you get Fransisco to do a final walkthrough with you, we didn't do that and wish we had."

"STAY AWAY!!!! This Company cancelled the initial estimate on me 3 times making me drive 90 minutes to the property each time. They finally showed and gave me the typical hard sell "if you sign the contract today..." They gave us a quote so far over market value we should have walked away. But we agreed because of the "70 year history in the industry" We thought we were buying a service from a company with integrity. They took an immediate $18K deposit on a $55K project. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company.
