"Rance Came to our home on time and gave a careful evaluation of a job I needed done. Rescheduled it for approximately a week and a half out. That day he again was on time. He removed my old hot water heater and placed the new one in its new location and adapted the Plumbing. He was very clean and wore protective covers on his shoes. He was very courteous and informed. "Save your money!!! This company, Proflow and another company, Best plumber were both hired to service my water heater.. Both companies charged me to clean tank and replace a burnt out bottom element.. 1st company, Best Plumber in July 2025.. 2nd time I went with proflow in Jan. 2026 (mind you this is a mere 3 months ago).. they both charged for element replacement and a cleaned tank to best of ability.. Proflo charged me $259.00 for this service.. it?s now April and I needed a plumber yet again (like I said, only 3 MONTHS after proflo services) I have included pictures of the 2 piles of calcium sediment from tank that the most recent gentleman did while servicing.. his exact words, ?this hasn?t been cleaned; this is at least 5 years worth the sediment?.. guess what?! My tank is only 6 years old!! Proflow charged me for a job that was not completed.. even better they charged the ungodly amount of $259 while this most recent company only charged me $130(cleaning and 2 elements)."
