"Roger was able to make my front yard beautiful. After 6 years I still get compliments on it. I even awarded a “Most Beautiful Home” award from my City. I had a drain issue that caused mold to grow on my brick walkway. It became very slippery and became quite dangerous. Roger was able to solve the drainage issue. "The remodel went extremely well.  The job was started on time and completed within the estimated time frame of 6- 8 weeks.  Shawn seemed to have an expert for every aspect of the renovation, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, etc.  He repainted my adjoining living room as well.  He offered recommendations for cabinet makers, flooring companies, and window replacement companies, offering two of each with explanations of their pros and cons. I used one of each category and was well pleased with them as well.
Shawn and his crew were very professional, considerate, and trustworthy.  The flooring guy once called me at work to let me know that my cat (whom he did not know existed) had stepped in the flooring glue.  He was very concerned for his welfare.  (My cat suffered no ill consequences.)  They often requested my preference for such things as positioning of pendant lighting and cabinet hardware positioning. When I was unsatisfied with the color of floor trim in one place and positioning of shelves in my appliance cabinet, there was no resistance to changing them to my preference.  
I could not have been more satisfied with my choice of Fix It Technologies for my remodel.

Sales person (owner) was very knowledgeable and gave detailed steps as to what needed to be done to resolve problem. Work crew were professional and worked in a timely manner. They kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. They clearly answered any questions I had about their work processes. When they were done clean-up was so good you could not even tell they had been there.
